We typically process orders within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 2-3 working days, while our Express service offers next-day delivery for orders placed before 12:00 PM.
Do you offer international shipping for your products?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. We are looking into expanding our shipping zones in the future.
What should I do if an item in my order is damaged or missing?
